We're supporting middle assemblies and learning communities throughout the RCA with network groups! Explore mental models from a theological, biblical, personal, and organizational level to learn how to harness their power for deep change. Or, commit to a deep dive into the principles and skills of adaptive leadership.

In this partnership,

• Churches and/or middle assemblies provide the registration and content fees ($500 for the year per church/organization with a leader enrolled).

• Pastors commit to the process, participating in group meetings and guided activities on their own.

• Each group appoints their own facilitator who is coached by CLC. Middle assemblies cover the costs ($500) for this coaching.

• CLC provides high quality material (videos, downloadable worksheets, facilitation guides) online for each participant so that you can access it anywhere, anytime.
