Ways to Engage
Pastors
Grow your leadership skills and explore on your own before bringing the process to your community. Anything you do as continuing education automatically leads to a discount when you bring a team to the learning.
Leadership Teams
God has always empowered communities of faith with groups of people to discern, encourage, and equip the saints. All of our guides are designed for a group of leader-learners. This might be a special team of lay leaders interested in missional living or a consistory board and staff ready to take the next step of living and leading by God's Design.
Non-Profit Leaders
Christians leading non-church organizations face many of the same challenges as the church in a rapidly changing world. We have customized some of our guides to equip you to become a transformational leader in any context.
Cohorts of Pastors and Churches
We have almost 20 years of experience of leading this process in regional learning communities. Our learning platform now makes it possible for learning groups to be completely online, and we even host group coaching sessions for every cohort. We'll help you work through the logistics of what your cohort experience will look like.
Guides
Each of these Guides will help you live and lead by God's Design. We work at the level of mental models, and some of these guides can only be effectively engaged after you've worked through the set that makes up the Primer. We are committed to flexibility and adaptability, so please don't hesitate to be in touch and one of our coaches will give you a free consult and help you choose where to start!

Reflect from the Balcony
One of the best practices a leader can undertake is learning how to reflect effectively. This guide includes a number of different thinksheets that you can use whenever you want to get on the balcony in order to reflect. By learning to do so on your own, as a team, and even within yourself, you will be able to see a particular situation or the system and what is impacting it differently.
