Spiritual Practices and Emotional Maturity for Faithful Leadership

February 25th 3pm EST/2C/1M/12P

Leading through change is not just about skills and strategies, but about who we are becoming along the way. This seminar invites church leaders to tend to their inner life by cultivating spiritual practices and growing emotional maturity that sustain faithful leadership in anxious and changing times. Together, we will explore how formation beneath the surface shapes our capacity to lead with presence, resilience, and trust in God.

Spinning Wheels Gather No Traction:
Today's Vital Congregations count resources, measure effectiveness, and adapt for fruitful change.

March 25th 3pm EST/2C/1M/12P

Having clarity of purpose is foremost to being a vital congregation, but a church that does not measure progress will lack understanding of how it is doing and find it nearly impossible to lead change. Healthy Feedback Culture: A Farce or Real Possibility in the Church?
Growing our emotional maturity so that we can given and receive feedback in transformational ways.

What is the most appropriate way to give and receive feedback? Should consistory entertain an anonymous letter?  How can congregation members express their concerns?  We’ve received a complaint, how do we handle it in a way that does not derail us and allows us to discern wisely how to stay on mission? Join us to explore these questions and more!

Janet

The Webinar helped me put into words things that were going on. I didn't know it was happening, but now that I reflect on it, I do. I left the webinar asking better questions to help me work through the challenge I was facing.
